ep567 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the ep567 website at ep567.bet, including all pages, services, features, games, betting markets, and account systems accessible under that domain.
• "ep567", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the ep567 Platform and all associated service entities.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or accesses the ep567 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User to access ep567 services.
• "Balance" means any real-money funds, bonus funds, or crypto equivalent held in a User's ep567 Account at any given time.

• "Crypto" refers to digital currencies including but not limited to Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), and Ethereum (ETH) as supported by the Platform.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee, the fiat currency denomination used for local payment method transactions on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process ep567 may require a User to complete at any stage.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity described in Section 8 of these Terms that is not permitted on the Platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using the ep567 Platform in any manner — including browsing, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any game — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understood their content, and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and ep567. In the event of a conflict between any supplementary policy and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

ep567 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. Where changes are material, ep567 may notify registered Users via the email address on their Account.

Access to the ep567 Platform and its services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which the Account remains active:

• You are 21 years of age or older. ep567 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Proof of age may be requested at any time as part of the KYC process.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial purposes and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of gambling activity in your jurisdiction.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by ep567 or any associated gambling regulatory body.
• You do not already hold an existing active or suspended Account with ep567.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, consultant, or affiliate of ep567, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless explicitly permitted in writing by ep567.

ep567 takes its age verification obligations seriously. If ep567 reasonably suspects that a User is under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended immediately pending full age verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of suspected underage use may be forfeited.

To access the full range of ep567 services, Users must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

• Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. ep567 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify ep567 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security.
• All information provided at registration and throughout your use of the Platform must remain accurate and up to date. You may update your details via Account Settings or by contacting ep567 support.
• ep567 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

Account registration constitutes your agreement to receive transactional communications from ep567 relating to your Account activity. Marketing communications are optional and subject to your communication preferences set within the Account.

ep567 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT TRC20), and Ethereum (ETH). ep567 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any payment method at its discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees) or the equivalent in supported cryptocurrency. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly under normal conditions. Bank transfers and crypto deposits are subject to standard processing and confirmation times.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. ep567 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal.
• ep567 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Cryptocurrency exchange rates applied to deposits and withdrawals are determined at the time of transaction and are non-negotiable. ep567 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal.
• ep567 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed at the point of withdrawal request. Third-party network fees (including blockchain gas fees) are the User's responsibility.

ep567 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, ep567 will communicate the reason for the delay to the affected User within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any applicable legal obligations.

From time to time, ep567 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus principles set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game categories will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses may only be claimed once per User, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• ep567 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes retroactive cancellation where abuse of a promotion is detected.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account without compensation.
• ep567 reserves the right to determine what constitutes "abusive" or "exploitative" bonus play, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, and use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Real-money balances are used before bonus balances for all wagers, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Participation in any ep567 promotion constitutes acceptance of both the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of the individual promotion. If any conflict exists between the two, the specific promotion terms prevail.

All bets placed and games played on the ep567 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. These rules are made available within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets are only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation reference number from the Platform. A bet that is not confirmed is not valid and will not be settled.
• ep567 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where: (a) the odds were published in error; (b) the event result is in dispute; (c) the bet was placed after the event outcome was known; or (d) the bet was placed using an Account in breach of these Terms.
• For cricket and PSL betting, in-play markets close automatically at defined trigger points (e.g., ball delivery, wicket fall). Bets submitted after market suspension but before confirmation will be void.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates represent statistical averages over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
• Live casino games are conducted by third-party live dealer studios. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the hand or round result will be determined by the studio's own recorded outcome, which is final.
• ep567 may impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, or other staking restrictions at any time, including retroactively where a bet was placed in error.

All gaming and betting outcomes on ep567 are final once settled, subject to the void conditions described above. ep567 does not reverse settled outcomes except where an error is demonstrably attributable to the Platform or its systems.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ep567 Platform. ep567 actively monitors for all forms of prohibited conduct and will take immediate action — including Account suspension and fund forfeiture — where violations are identified.

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one ep567 Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other Users to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in card games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that automates betting or gaming decisions on your behalf.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to: arbitrage, matched betting across bonus terms, and systematic hedging to guarantee profit from bonus funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider relating to a deposit made to ep567, other than in genuine cases of unauthorised account access reported to ep567 in advance.
• Money laundering: Using the ep567 Platform for any purpose associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Identity fraud: Registering or operating an Account using false, misleading, or stolen personal information belonging to another individual.
• Exploiting software errors: Taking deliberate advantage of any technical error, bug, or misconfiguration in the Platform, including incorrectly published odds or malfunctioning games.

All content on the ep567 Platform — including but not limited to the ep567 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software code, text content, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ep567 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of ep567.
• The ep567 name and logo may not be used in any context — online or offline — without prior written authorisation from ep567.
• Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to ep567 for display on the Platform. Your use of such content is subject to the same restrictions described above.

Any unauthorised use of ep567 intellectual property may result in Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ep567 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to the following:

• Loss of funds as a result of gambling activity on the Platform, whether from sports betting, casino games, or any other gaming product.
• Interruptions to service, technical errors, connectivity issues, or downtime affecting your ability to place bets or access games.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit processing, withdrawal processing, or cryptocurrency network congestion beyond ep567's direct control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Losses attributable to changes in cryptocurrency exchange rates between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.
• Any reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to data feed errors from third-party providers.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ep567's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms and the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ep567 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including Prohibited Conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• At the User's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• A legal or regulatory requirement compelling ep567 to restrict the Account.

Where an Account is closed by ep567 for a reason other than User breach, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their Account settings. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase in limits is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure automated reminders that alert them once a set session duration has been reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is suspended and no deposits, bets, or logins are permitted.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing session duration and net gaming activity are available and can be enabled from Account settings.

• ep567 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

• Where amendments are minor — such as corrections to grammar, formatting, or clarifications that do not materially alter your rights or obligations — ep567 may update these Terms without direct notification to Users.
• Where amendments are material — such as changes to eligibility rules, payment terms, bonus policies, or liability provisions — ep567 will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
• If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ep567 recommends that all Users review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date shown in the "Effective Date" badge at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into force.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ep567 holds its operating licence, as applicable at the time of the dispute.

• In the event of any dispute between you and ep567 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the ep567 support team.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notification to ep567, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
• You agree that any claim or dispute relating to your use of the ep567 Platform must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
• Nothing in this section prevents ep567 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being produced for convenience, the English-language version shall govern and prevail in all cases of inconsistency or ambiguity.
